This project expresses the theme of “architecture en système de parc”. The information center is set within the park, the administrative offices are raised, the parking lot is sheltered under a canopy of earth. The entrance hall gives an unobstructed view of the beginning of the “système de parc”, with a plain of water that serves as a receptacle for rain waters, providing an optical effect distancing visitors to the building from those visiting the park.
