This project regroups within the former space “Baron Gérard” the entirety of the city’s collection of historic elements and modern art. Our aim is to incite the public to explore, not only the museography, but also the abundant remnants of the past, evident in an ensemble of successive buildings spanning over three centuries, and the cellar’s Roman ruins. In this project, the 21st-century architectural intervention demands visibility. The museography offers an echo of the ensemble of these systems.
