This project provides space for a multimedia library as well as architectural, patrimonial, and photographic archives in the old School of Architecture of Charenton. The idea is to regard the existing building as an artificial topography that has been subjected to incalculable modifications since its original construction (dependence on the château). The archives are held as treasures, suspended from lighted boxes above the reading library. The general layout leaves the right-hand section to the cultural space of the church and, to the left, the cultural space of the auditorium. Compactus archive storage is located in the basement, and suspended above, the most valued archives.
