The project encompasses the functions of the town hall, the multimedia library, the school of music and dance, and the community center, all in the heart of the city. It is organized in such a manner as to create a coming-and-going between the different entrances and the square. This project strongly emphasizes the” Haute Qualité Environnementale” (HQE, High Quality Environmental standards). Framing materials are of concrete and metal, the exterior, stainless steel and wood.
