This building experiments with the structural differentiation between cement and steel with regard to flood risk and the functioning of parking lots (cars, trucks, and offices). The concrete foundation is raised in an almost rectangular manner, and the work space and offices communicate a concrete-metal complexity for which the interior and exterior readability is clearly demonstrated.
