The project involves the extension of the museum of the Izieu house. The idea here is not to add yet another building which would compete visually with the existing house. The proposed project has deliberately been designed to blend in with a landscape arranged so as to avoid framing a bucolic scenery, and to focus instead the visitor’s attention on the subject.
