This project involves 130 housing units, 60 of which are social housing. Its organization rests on a system of staggered blocks which create a visual filter between the street and a large central park. All vertical circulation spaces create transparency between city and garden. Many apartments are both crossing apartments and duplexes. Following an urban theme and a park system initiated by Jean-Claude Nicolas Forestier, inner walkways are designed as extensions of outside streets.
