Restructuring of the Meudon la Forêt city centre, including: multimedia library, city hall annex, police station, covered market, exhibition space, redesigning of the public square and parking zones. This project issues from a re-composition of the ground as a raised foundation for a future building. The project’s base support is of the same materials as the partition walls of the parking lot. This space offers a new identity to Meudon la Forêt’s city center, which had been an urban no-man’s-land.
