Organization of a site plan of 80 housing units, including 27 in the first phase of the work. Creation of a first unitary level involving a row of individual duplex apartments alternating with duplex offices or stores. A multimedia library will fit into the five-meter base support. Above this base, social housing is organized in towers that geometrically leave room for loggia terraces at all angles.
