The museography goes hand in hand with the architecture. It builds from the central element of a reconstituted antique ship in two phases: the condition in which it was found at the bottom of the sea, and what would have been its original state. The visitor will encounter, cell by cell throughout this rich collection, the whole of underwater archaeology’s history (boats, amphora, tools, methods of exploration, scientific research, and the like).
