| Development of the vast plot consecrated to the future Caisse d’Allocations Familliales (CAF, Family Allocations Office) at Saint Brieuc. This project proposes the development of a park using the material cleared from the parking lot of a building so that all materials for the project are exploited. This project offers an entrance north of the future Zone d’Amenagement Concerté (ZAC, Concerted Development Zone), and a natural outdoor amphitheater. The choice of elements alternate water trees around a pond near the entrance, ash trees to camouflage the parking lot, and scattered trees throughout the park as reference points. Retention walls near the building are of the same material as those of the park (stone, Corten steel). |
