The project entails the creation of a public square, landscaped parking, a produce market, and the design of the ensemble of urban furnishing, including public benches, street lights and posts, and waste receptacles. The materials used for ground cover and for the walls of the parking lot are the same as those in the surrounding buildings (multimedia library, town hall, police station, covered market, and exhibition hall). Planting of about 100 trees. This project creates optical play with a church built in 1965 as well as with the silhouettes of the work of French architect and urban planner Fernand Pouillon.
