In the first phase of Malausséna – Libération urban project; the urban planning includes the Avenue Malausséna and its perpendicular streets.The idea and the construction of the whole project consists in the covering of the ground, the planting of 120 trees, and the designing of the urban furniture and urban design of Charles de Gaulle square.
