In the context of the urban planning for this neighborhood, creation of a green belt from Cimiez to the foot of the hills of Bellet. Rendering of the entirety of Malaussena Avenue and of the Place Charles de Gaulle into pedestrian passages, with a recovering of the ground, leveling study, planting of 120 trees, and the designing of the ensemble of urban furnishing (masts, public benches, waste receptacles, traffic lights). Study of the neighborhood in light of surface and underground parking. Study of fluidity, phasing strategy, creation of a market with design for produce stalls, leveling study for the ensemble. The project is divided into: multimedia library, art school, retail locations, civic center, gymnasium, municipal community center, vast decorative pond, police station, etc.
